About this deal

Of course, selecting programmes from the guide depends on the Freeview guide being correct, which it generally is. You can widen the recording window to allow for minor scheduling errors, as well as trim recordings down to cut out unnecessary extras you didn’t want.

The obvious one is movement of the aerial in the wind if it is on the roof. If it is in a loft then have you moved stuff around in the loft or put more stuff up there? The installation process isquite straightforward but ratherslow. The PVR searches out available stations before allowing you to delete those that hold no interest -- and you'll probably find there's quite a few of those on Freeview. I did open up the 9150 to see and couldn't find a battery. I suspect scheduling is all in non volatile ram as mentioned above, which makes fixing this pretty much a no go. The twin tuners mean that you can record different programmes at the same time and overlapping programmes don’t present a problem – it just works. A popular boast of Sky users, you can also opt to series programmes as well as record broken programmes, i.e., those that have the news in the middle. Icons identify programmes on which these, and other, options are available and when setting a recording you are given the choice to series link if you can.

My experience of Accurate Recording is that it is anything but. I doubt all the blame is Humax and a large percentage is the broadcasters. But nearly every recording I made with it turned on was late starting and often cut off before the end as well. So I never use it. But I now can't use Series Link either. Auto-tuning works well and had no problem finding all the available channels and radio stations. The 8-day programme guide is core to the functioning of the PVR and is populated with information being broadcast, although it seems to go through this process each time it starts, so you don’t have instant access to the full EPG, which can be a pain and slow you down if you want to set-up a recording as you fly out of the door. If you get all all recordings starting like the example you described then I'm surprised and can't offer an explanation. I would say that at least 50% of my recordings are further into the programme than that.I'm suspecting an internal battery may have gone as this seems to fit the behaviour, but I'm surprised upcoming programs would be stored in memory and not on the drive? Humax is very aware that, for several months, some customers have been experiencing a slowdown in operation and usability issues with our PVR models. Tesco Mobile is to start charging new and recently joining pay-monthly customers to use their mobiles in Europe from 2024. Beauty Advent calendars are significantly pricier than chocolate ones, but they've become increasingly popular in the last few years as a way of bagging beauty products at a fraction of the normal cost. They often sell out early, but can also be heavily discounted later if they don't, so here's a round-up of some of the best I’ve seen. Does anyone have any similar experiences or thoughts on this before I start taking it apart looking for batteries?

I live in N.Wales which is undergoing transmission problems, but this has been occuring for days now. I have the 9150T with original 160GB hard drive. Owned the device for a number of years now and it still suits my needs, however I am starting to run out of disk space and am interested in replacing the hard drive with a larger one.Installation is straightforward, but channels are slow to populate. Beneath the bonnet reside two standard-definition Freeview tuners, which enable two channels to be recorded simultaneously. You can schedule each from the programme guide in the time-honoured fashion, padding either the start and stop times to ensure you don't miss a beat. There's also an option to record single shows or entire series. MoneySavingExpert.com is part of the MoneySuperMarket Group, but is entirely editorially independent. Its stance of putting consumers first is protected and enshrined in the legally-binding MSE Editorial Code. I wasn't aware that old humax's use ext3 - my 9200 certainly doesn't. But it doesn't matter - the box itself should offer the option to format the disk.
